Finding the right door
We gather in the sanctuary at Peace Christian Reformed Church, who graciously share their building with us. Peace's own morning service and fellowship finish before we begin, so there is plenty of parking when you arrive.
Your First Visit
What to expect
Coming to a new church for the first time can feel like a lot. Here is what a Sunday with us actually looks like.
When we gather
We worship every Sunday at 12:00 PM. Plan on being with us for about an hour and a half, with time to talk and share afterward.
Where to go
We meet at Peace Christian Reformed Church, 6600 C Avenue NE. Come in through the main entrance — someone will be there to welcome you and point you to the sanctuary.
What to wear
Come as you are. You will see everything from suits to jeans, and you will be welcome in either.
Your children
Children are welcome in worship with us. Our youth and children's ministry is growing, and families are a central part of who we are.
Who you'll meet
Our congregation is primarily African, with many members who came to Cedar Rapids from Liberia and across the continent — and we warmly welcome people of every background.
